Green “Chalkidiki” olives are grown in the region of northern Greece. The deep blue of the Aegean sea, the bright sun and the fertile greek land created these impressive and tasty table olives.
Our olives are produced using traditional slow fermentation resulting at a healthy choice for salads, snacks, pizzas and Mediterranean recipes.
No other procedure or agents are used during fermentation or preservation (no chemicals, no coloring, no preservatives)
