In which currency will you charge me?
You will be charged in euros (EUR). Your credit card company determines the rate of exchange on the day your order was placed. The charge of your credit card statement may differ slightly from the charge shown on our website due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates or credit card company policies.

We deliver to 240 countries worldwide via TNT/Fedex, second operator more expensive DHL on request.
What is the shipping cost?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/volume of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide.
When my order is dispatched?
Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a TNT/Fedex tracking number. We will also keep you informed by email of the progress of your package each step of the way, from the time we ship your order until final delivery.
Can you guarantee a delivery time?
Although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the requested delivery day. Please review our Shipping rates & policies for more details.
Where is my order and when will it be delivered?
Please check the TNT/Fedex tracking information sent to you upon shipment.
Can you provide a proof of delivery?
A delivery receipt notification is emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery with the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery.
Do you deliver to hotels, companies, etc.?
Yes, the reception desk will sign for the package and notify your recipient.
What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery time?
If recipient is not present at the time of delivery, parcel will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not present the next day, TNT/Fedex will leave a note on the door with the package's tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest speditor agency.
Do you deliver on weekends?
TNT/Fedex does not deliver on weekends.
